Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of our handmade soaps and skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund if the claim is approved.

Unopened Products

Unused, unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.
